SALON POLICIES
We ask that all clients review and become well acquainted with the salon policies as they are strictly enforced. We have put policies in place to best protect our staff & clients. Please be informed as these policies do not change. Thank you for loving us and being apart of the Rebel family.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. This policy is strictly enforced.
If you do not cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in a charge for the FULL 100% of your booked appointment. You will also be required to put a credit card on file with a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit that will be applied to your next appointment service. Thank you so much for your understanding
Sick Policy
If you’re sick and/or not feeling well, at the time of your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment before the required 48 hour cancellation policy to avoid acquiring fees. We also ask that you be at least 72 hours illness free before returning back to the salon. Thank you for keeping our stylists and clients safe.
Redo Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for a redo. The redo must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service date. The redo must also be scheduled with the same stylist who provided you the service.
